BPI is helping its customers comply with the government-mandated Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and COVID-19 safety practices by encouraging and enabling digital banking.

By making the digital shift, BPI customers are able to conduct everyday banking transactions from the safety of their homes via BPI Online and the BPI Mobile App. Partnerships with several online groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies have also enabled them to purchase their essentials without leaving their homes and minimizing contact with cash bills and coins.

BPI has also made it easier for its previously unenrolled customers to sign up for its digital services through online registration via BPI Online. Video tutorials are also available to customers for registration instructions as well as tips on the website and app’s functions and features.
