While your Robinsons Bank account is not yet integrated with BPI, you can continue to use your Robinsons Bank debit card for your transactions.
However, once your account is integrated with BPI, you will no longer be able to use your Robinsons Bank debit card. A new BPI debit card will be issued to you for your needs.
The notification that you will receive regarding the integration of your Robinsons Bank branch of account and bank account, through your registered contact information via email, or postal mail prior to the effective date of the change, will include the following instructions regarding your new BPI debit card:
1) Your Robinsons Bank debit card will be replaced with a new BPI debit card.
2) You may get your new BPI debit card at the branch address indicated in the notification to you.
3) You will need to bring and present to the branch at least one (1) valid photo and signature bearing government ID.
4) After you get your new BPI debit card, you will need to activate your card at any BPI branch ATM within 10 calendar days.
5) Your new BPI debit card can be used starting on the effective date that is indicated in your advisory.
