General Policies
1. The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Preferred Banking Terms and Conditions, the BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part hereof (the “BPI Terms and Conditions”).
2. Employees of the BPI Group of Companies, and merchants and advertising and creative agencies who have partnered with any member of the BPI Group of Companies in relation to this Promo, including their relatives of up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity, are disqualified from joining the Promo.
Promo Period
1. The Promo shall run from December 5, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (the “Promo Period”).
Promo Eligibility and Participation
1. The Promo shall be open to New-to-Bank (“NTB”) and existing BPI Gold and BPI Preferred clients who perform any of the following activities during the Promo Period, subject to these terms and conditions:

Avail of a Housing Loan | NTB and existing BPI Gold clients and BPI Preferred | The applicable TRB is met; and The housing loan: (1) has a minimum amount of Php500,000.00, (2) has a minimum term of 1 year, and (3) is submitted, drawn from, and booked on or before March 31, 2025. |

Buy or Sell Foreign Currency | NTB and existing BPI Gold clients and BPI Preferred | The applicable TRB is met; and The foreign exchange (“Forex”) transaction: (1) has a minimum amount of USD 10K or the equivalent amount in foreign currency, (2) can either be buy or sell for any of the allowed Forex purposes, and (3) transacted at any BPI branch, Treasury Dealer, or via Online Forex on or before March 31, 2025. |
2. For the purpose of this Promo:
a. The “Total Relationship Balance” or “TRB”: (i) for BPI Preferred clients is a TRB of at least Php1,000,000.00 (or its foreign currency equivalent) to a maximum of Php4,999,999.99 (or its foreign currency equivalent), and (ii) for BPI Gold clients is a TRB of at least Php5,000,000.00 (or its foreign currency equivalent), provided that:
i. where the client is an NTB client, compliance with the TRB is measured based on the difference between the client’s March ending TRB (last month of Promo Period) and the account opening month TRB; and
ii. where the client is an existing client, compliance with the TRB is measured based on the sum of the Total Deposits ADB for December 2024 to March 2025 and Total Investments ADB for December 2024 to February 2025.
In determining the TRB, the following products, if availed within the periods set forth in Section 2(b)(i) and (ii) (as applicable to the relevant client type), are included: (i) all BPI deposit accounts, and (ii) all funds maintained with BPI Asset Management and Trust Corp., BPI Investment Management, Inc., capital products (primary and secondary offers) availed through BPI Capital Corporation and BPI Securities Corp., and hedge funds (the “Included Products”).
b. A client is “New-to-Bank” or “NTB” if he/she has no existing active primary deposit or investment account/s from any of the relevant members of the BPI Group of Companies within the last twelve (12) months reckoned from the date of opening of account/s.
c. All Forex sales by BPI are subject to client's submission of a duly accomplished Foreign Exchange Transaction Form and supporting documents, as applicable, and compliance with applicable Forex regulations, among others.
3. The Bank reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from further participation in the Promo, if in its judgment, that person has violated the terms and conditions herein, including the BPI Terms and Conditions. Suspension or disqualification may result in the cancellation of the individual’s right of participation and/or the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.
4. The BPI Gold or BPI Preferred client may earn electronic raffle entries equivalent to the following for any of the activities performed by him/her in accordance with the requirements set forth above

5. Activities done during the Promo Period will be validated for raffle entry computation and qualified clients will be notified by the Bank.

Raffle Prize
1. There will be six (6) raffle winners after the Promo Period, who may win the following prizes:

2. All prizes under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, privileges, rewards, and/or other items/products. They may not be exchanged with any other product. The prizes are non-transferable and may only be availed by the winning client.
3. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000), and with respect to the grand prize, the 3-year LTO registration fees and 1-year car insurance, shall be shouldered by BPI. All other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
4. Participants can only win once. If a participant is drawn more than once, he/she will be entitled to receive the prize with the higher value. Another participant will be drawn for the prize with the lower value.
Raffle Draw and Announcement of Winners
1. The raffle draw will be held on-site at the 7/F BPI Consumer Center, Dela Rosa Street corner Paseo De Roxas, Makati City and/or via Zoom in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) representative:

2. The winners of the raffle draw will be notified within ten (10) business days after the raffle draw date through their registered address, official email address, SMS, and their Relationship Manager. The notice will include the Drive, Sail, and Getaway Winner Form, which should be accomplished by the raffle winners in the form and substance acceptable to the Bank.
3. Winners are given sixty (60) business days from when they receive the Drive, Sail, and Getaway Winner Form to return the duly accomplished form to the Bank. Once the Bank has informed the winner that the duly accomplished form submitted by the winner has been validated by the Bank, the winner may redeem his/her prize within thirty (30) business days. Should a winner fail to return to the Bank the duly accomplished Drive, Sail, and Getaway Winner Form within the sixty (60)-business day period prescribed, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the prize will be given to the back-up winner selected during the raffle draw.
4. Subject to paragraph 4 (under Raffle Prize) above, each qualified client can earn as many raffle entries as they can for the duration of the Promo subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Miscellaneous Conditions
1. All new product applications are subject to existing policies and procedures of BPI.
2. Promo participation and product availment shall be coursed through the Relationship Managers and via online channels, if available.
3. All rewards under the Promo may be subject to applicable taxes, if any.
4. The promotions offered under the Promo may not be availed of in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or discounts of the Bank.
5. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promo at any time.
6. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) business days after the end of the Promo Period. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the client's availment of the offers under the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance of the services and/or delivery of products to the Client, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
7. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the availment of and/or participation in the Promo.
8. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the
Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) rules and regulations and applicable laws.
9. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the rewards items.
