Do The Waive

These Terms and Conditions (“Promo Terms and Conditions”) govern the BPI Free Funds Transfer Promotion.

The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Banking Terms and Conditions, BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI Mobile App,and the BPI Data Privacy Statement are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof (“BPI Terms and Conditions”).

I. The Free Funds Transfer Promotion (“Promo”)

All eligible New-to-Bank BPI Clients (“NTB Clients”) shall be entitled to do free Funds Transfer for at least three (3) consecutive months from Participation Start (“Eligibility Period”).

II. Eligibility and Participation

1. The Promo shall be open to all NTB Clients, who meet the following requirements and conditions:

• Opens any type of deposit account or investment account with any of the BPI Group of Companies with a minimum deposit or investment of Philippine Pesos: One Hundred Thousand (Php 100,000.00) in Fresh Funds during the Promo Period;
• Maintain a minimum Average Daily Balance of Php 100,000 during the Eligibility Period; and
• Enroll their deposit account/s in BPI Online;

2. BPI reserves the right to terminate the eligibility of the client if at any time during the Eligibility Period, the client’s Average Daily Balance falls below the requirement or for any violation of this Promo Terms and Conditions and the BPI Terms and Conditions.

III. Mechanics

1. To avail of the Promo, the client must open a deposit or investment account with any of the BPI Group of Companies through any BPI branch or via BPI Online, or the BPI Mobile App during the Promo Period.

2. Client's initial deposit or investment should be Philippine Pesos: One Hundred Thousand (Php 100,000.00) in Fresh Funds to any of their new deposit or investment accounts with BPI.

3. Client must register for the Promo using the opt in form, through any nearest BPI branch or via online registration.

4. Registered clients will receive a call, SMS, or such other form of communication from a BPI confirming eligibility and qualification within seven (7) banking days after registration.

5. Qualified and registered clients will enjoy fee waivers for the following transactions during the Eligibility Period:

• Interbank Funds Transfers via InstaPay or PESONet;, and
• Funds Transfers to other unenrolled BPI Accounts

6. Qualified and registered clients must maintain an Average Daily Balance of at least Php 100,000.00 throughout the Eligibility Period. Failure to maintain the required Average Daily Balance at any given time during the Eligibility Period, shall disqualify the client from the Promo and shall discontinue client’s entitlement to waived Funds Transfer fees effective immediately.

7. All disputes related to this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.

8. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promo at any time.

9. In case of disputes about Client’s availment of this Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

10. The benefits of this Promo are non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash or any cash equivalent.
