Important Advisory: Change of Benchmark of Select Unit Investment Trust Funds effective January 02, 2025

We would like to inform you that effective January 02, 2025, the benchmarks of sixteen (16) Unit Investment Trust Funds (“UITF”) will be amended. This update follows a comprehensive review to ensure alignment with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) Circular No. 1178, Guidelines on the Use of Benchmarks for UITFs.

These changes will not affect the overall risk-and-return profile, investment style, processes, or objectives of the concerned UITFs. Instead, these reinforce our commitment to fair representation and full disclosure in performance reporting, enabling you to impartially evaluate and make better-informed financial decisions.

What this means for you:

• If you agree with the changes: No action is required. Your continued investment in the UITF on effective date will signify your agreement.
• If the changes do not align with your preferences: You may explore alternative investment options from our array of investment funds and shift your current investment to another product prior to the effective date.
