How to apply for an investment account
How to enroll your existing investment account online
1. Log in to BPI Online.
2. Click “My Accounts” then “Manage My Accounts”.
3. Key in your One-Time PIN to proceed.
4. Select your Investment Account by clicking the box.
5. Under My Accounts, your investment account will now be viewable.*
6. You can now invest through our BPI Online and BPI Mobile channels.
*Viewable as long as the account has made an initial subscription.
How to subscribe units via BPI Online and BPI Mobile app
1. Log in to BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
2. Click ”Investments”.
3. Click “UITF Subscription Order” for BPI Online and “Subscribe” for BPI Mobile app.
4. Select your Investment Account Number.
5. Select your Investment Fund.
6. Input your Order Amount.
7. Confirm your account and subscription details.
8. Upon confirmation of your OTP, your transaction is confirmed through a confirmation page and an order confirmation sent to your registered email address.
9. Upon settlement, you will receive a transaction advice with the complete details of your investment including the price applied and the final settlement amount.
How to redeem units via BPI Online and BPI Mobile app
1. Log in to BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
2. Click ”Investments”.
3. Click “UITF Redemption Order” for BPI Online and “Redeem” for BPI Mobile app.
4. Select your Investment Account Number.
5. Select your Investment Fund.
6. Select partial or full redemption option and input preferred redemption amount or units.
7. Confirm your account and redemption details.
8. Upon confirmation of your OTP, your transaction is confirmed through a confirmation page and an order confirmation sent to your registered email address.
9. Upon settlement, you will receive a transaction advice with the complete details of your investment including the price applied and final settlement amount.
How to update your risk profile with BPI Online
1. Log in to BPI Online.
2. Click “Investments”.
3. Click “UITF Risk Profile Update”. You will be redirected to the summary of your risk profile and suitable product list information.
4. Click “Review Risk Profile” to check your current responses to the Client Suitability Assessment.
5. Should there be changes, click “Update Profile” to change your responses. Click “Submit Changes” once done.
6. Your risk profile will automatically be updated. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address. You may now check the summary page for an overview of your new risk profile and the products suitable to you.

How can I view my statements?
1. Log in to BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
2. Click “My Accounts”.
3. Under Trust & Investments, select your Investment Account.
4. Select “My Statements”.
5. Select your Statement Date Range. You will be able to view a PDF version of your statement. Note that only the last 4 statements are available for viewing.
How can I view my transaction history?
1. Log in to BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
2. Click “My Accounts”.
3. Under Trust & Investments, select your Investment Account.
4. For BPI Online, scroll down to view the transaction history. For BPI Mobile, click "View Transaction History".
Please note that the archived transaction history has a limit of 180 days. For far-dated transactions, you may consult your branch of account or refer to the transaction advices sent to your registered email address.
Can I customize the label of my investment account?
1. Log in to BPI Online.
2. Click “My Accounts” then “Manage My Accounts”.
3. Confirm the intended action with your One-Time PIN.
4. Select the concerned investment account by clicking the pencil icon.
5. Label the investment account with your desired name. Click the check icon to effect the change.
6. Your preferred name/label will automatically be updated. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address.
You may now conveniently view your investment accounts online. Open an investment account for your financial goals.
