2. The event dates and locations are as follows:

b. November 28, 2024 to December 2, 2024 - All Toys”R”Us Stores (Nationwide)

3. The Redemption period are as follows:

a. November 13, 2024 to January 17, 2025

b. November 28, 2024 to January 28, 2025

4. BPI and Robinsons Bank Cardholders are entitled to the following offers within the Promo Period: 

5. To qualify for the exclusive GC offer, the cardholder must meet the required minimum single receipt spend of at least Php 3,500 for straight transactions and use his or her participating BPI Credit Card or Robinsons Bank Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at participating stores.

6. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

7. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

Terms and Conditions

a. Only the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit cardholder may avail of the free GC offer and is non-transferable. Availment through authorized representatives, even with authorization letter, is not allowed.

b. Only purchases made within the Promo Period will qualify for the promo.

c. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes, and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals made with the same store or establishment on the same day will not be allowed. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a straight transaction into multiple transactions to receive more than one reward.

d. The Bank and Merchant will not honor redemptions using official receipts or Bank Statement of Account. 

e. Upon redemption, the customer service personnel will validate the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card used to pay for the qualified transaction against the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) presented. 

f. The Bank and Merchant shall not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgement of charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) that are stolen, lost, and/or faded for the purpose of redemption.

8. To redeem the reward, the cardholder must proceed to the cashier where the purchase was made and submit the following:

• Present the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card used in the transaction. Actual card used must not be expired. 
• Original transaction receipt from Merchant with a minimum single receipt purchase of Php 3,500 – straight transaction
  • Must not be photocopied, defaced, faded, crumpled, tampered or receipts that are less than ¾ of its actual size and will not be honored; 
• Credit Card Charge slip(s)  
  • Must be claimed from the same store where the purchase was made;
  • Must be valid and original charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), not photocopied (customer copy) for the qualifying transaction at the participating club where the purchase was made;
  • Must be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount and last four (4) digits of the card number. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, defaced, crumpled, and/or unreadable charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will not be accepted; 
  • Must be the Customer Copy; Duplicate Customer Copy, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy will not be accepted;
  • Name and card number printed on the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), must have the same name and card number on the card presented; 
  • Transaction date must be within the Promo Period. 
  • Charge slip(s) will be collected by the customer service personnel upon release of the reward item/s.
• Toys”R”Us representative will issue the Php 100 (BPI CREDIT CARD or ROBINSONS BANK CREDIT CARD) or Two (2) Php 100 (ROBINSONS  CASHBACK CARD ONLY) Gift Certificate to the customer. The gift certificate can be used in any Toys”R”Us store

9. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

10. Promo can be availed with ongoing Toys”R”Us promotions.

11. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

12. In case of dispute in respect to the Bank only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of the Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

13. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.

2. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to the following installment program. 

3. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Special Installment Plan (SIP):

a. The SIP Real 0% instalment terms and monthly add-on interest terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement:

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval. 

d. The cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features:

• Up to 100% BONUS MADNESS LIMIT for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

• Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full. 

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method:

• BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing.

• BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing.

4. To qualify for the program, the Cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the participating branches of Merchant. 

5. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant. 

6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this program campaign.
