Promo mechanics

1. The Promo is open exclusively to NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients as defined above.

 

2. The Promo is available in the following participating Payless branches (the “Merchant”).

 

3. The Promo is from February 1 to April 30, 2025 (the “Promo Period”).

 

4. NEXT by BPI Preferred clients are entitled to fifteen percent (15%)   

 

5. The Promo is not convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. It may not be exchanged with any other product. The Promo is non-transferable and may only be availed by the NEXT by BPI Preferred clients.

 

6. To avail of the Promo, the NEXT by BPI Preferred Client must present a screenshot or proof of email with the NEXT by BPI Preferred header banner to the participating store branch of Payless together with their valid government IDs and ensure that payment for the purchase is made with any BPI Credit or Debit Card within the Promo Period.

 

7. Any dispute concerning the purchase of goods and services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the NEXT by BPI Preferred Client and Payless.

 

8. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions, in-house promo or ad promo, and other discounts. In the purchase of goods and services, which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount provided or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for persons with disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

 

9. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the NEXT by BPI Preferred Client's availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves Payless and its performance and/or delivery of services to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Payless with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

Terms and conditions

The Payless Promo (“Promo”) is open to new and existing NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients as they start and/or maintain their relationship with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (“Bank”).

 

General Policies

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for new and existing NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients who meet the minimum eligibility requirements prescribed in the NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients Terms and Conditions.

 

2. The Terms and Conditions governing the Bank’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Preferred Banking Terms and Conditions, and the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.  

 

 

Miscellaneous

1. Any dispute related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the relevant Promo Period. 

 

2. The Bank, with the concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.

 

3. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) rules and regulations and applicable laws.

 

4. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. The Bank does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the products purchased. 

 

5. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the products purchased.
