a. The prize of an accountholder whose BPI Savings Account was closed, for whatever reason, as of the date of raffle prize crediting, is automatically forfeited.
b. The cash prize is subject to applicable taxes of 20%.
c. The cash prize, net of applicable taxes, will be credited to the winners’ own primary deposit account of choice.
d. The prize offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The offers are non-transferable and may only be availed of by Qualified Clients.
e. In case of disputes in respect of BPI and the Qualified Client’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
f. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
g. Terms and Conditions governing the use of any BPI Savings Account, BPI Online and BPI Mobile App, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integrals part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
h. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.
i. The opening of any BPI Savings Account shall be subject to BPI’s applicable account opening parameters.
j. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prizes.
k. BPI employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the Promo.
