• Photocopy of any BSP acceptable and signature bearing valid ID (e.g. Philsys, SSS, Driver’s License, Passport, etc.)

Age
At least 21 years old upon loan application but not more than 60 years old upon loan maturity
Residence
At least one year stay in the current residence for owned and two years for rented
Employment Status
- Employed for at least one year in regular status
- Self-employed / Business operating for at least two years
